3 stalks spring onions (save some for garnish)
1 large egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soysauce
Ground black pepper
Sauce:
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
1 tsp garlic (grated)
1 tsp ginger (grated)(optional)
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds and spring onions for garnish
