I just subscribed. A suggestion to better hear what you're saying is to eliminate the loud, distracting background music, especially when speaking inside with the echo in the high ceilings rooms . Hello from Brisbane. What an adventure - love it. I find it interesting that you have to follow such strict guidelines with regard to restoration even though the French government aren't prepared ( can't afford) to restore these fabulous historical buildings !!!!
l' état Français est toujours prêt à défendre des architectures en péril, monuments historiques, et finance 60% des travaux, et d' autres associations aident aussi. donc le gouvernement est toujours prêt ! et maintenant , il existe le " Loto du patrimoine " dont le château de Purnon vas bénéficier de 300 000 euros je crois...!
