Adam's ability to adapt his voice to any musical genre still blows me away. As well as the band's abilities to play every style known to man. Most versatile band ever. These guys are up there with Queen.

They are the type who deserve a full headline set for festivals, genuinely so underrated. They’ve worked so hard (and in my personal opinion) they have never missed with an album. This 80’s album is going to be sensational!

@@lopez11711 They have a few slower ones, try 'Follow The Sun', 'Any Given Sunday' or 'Like A Lover'. The Nosebreakers EP has some slowed down versions of their songs, 'Save The Nation' and especially 'This Means War'.
It's all completely different styles tho, that's what makes this band so special, not two albums sound the same. Listen through their catalogue and you'll find stuff you love 🥰

I stumbled onto these dudes awhile back on CZcams and I'm impressed, very talented. Its hard to believe they're not a world wide phenomenon. A nice change from the old school heavy metal I usually listen to. I'd get on a plane and go see them if they played anywhere in the US it would be a really fun show.
Another oldschool heavy metal freak here, yet totally sold on Royal Republic. I guess it's in the songwriting and the chord schemes, right? Check out The Night Flight Orchestra from Sweden too. Pretty sure you'll dig their stuff too.
That guitar sound is very much like Bryan Adam's Run To You slowed down. Works really well. You guys nailed the 80's vibe, it's really cool.

Wish they would tour in the US.
They tried but sadly most NA venues don't fill up. In Europe, Rock/metal has dozens of sold out festivals a year with tons of new/underground acts along with the more popular bands. North America is still stuck on mid bands from 25 years ago and unwilling to give less popular but insanely better bands a chance.
