I may not be fully comply with his explanation because our body has capacity to regenerate beta cell and reduce inflammation itself without any pill or insulin injection by following 3 steps, 1) Low carb moderate protein high fat diet also knows as ketogenic diet 2)High intensity interval training (HIIT), 3) Intermittent fasting ,and fasting plays major role in reawakening beta cells and by this way we can switch on autophagy.

सर मैं 12 साल से डायबिटीज हूं 2010 से हुं एलोपैथिक दवाइयां खा रहा था फिर भी कोई फायदा नहीं हो रहा था जब मैंने आपका वीडियो देखा फिर मैंने अपने टेस्ट कराए 31/7/22 को फास्टिंग शुगर 177 आई थी पीपी 418 आई थी hba1c 8.2 आई थी एवरेज 190 है
