the side left of my earbud stop working, you know what can i do? is not charging either
1.Try placing both earbuds back into the charging case.
2.Wait for 5 seconds, open the charging case and see if the earbuds have repaired with one another.
3.If the issue persists, tap and hold both earbuds for 6 seconds to activate pairing mode.

It will emit a Pikachu sound prompt when you open the headphone case or the headphone is connected to Bluetooth or when you switch the headphone mode.
You can change the Pikachu sounds to normal Razer headphone's prompt sounds through the Razer Audio app.

@@MuriloNoronha369 Acho que tu não precisa retornar o produto.. eu ja pesquisei bastante sobre esse fone e descobri que ele não tem uma versão global desse modelo. Só existe no site da razer chinês (e ainda está fora de estoque num sei quanto tempo já). Eu decidi comprar um pela shopee, num vendedor com varias avaliações positivas, pode ser que seja réplica ? pode sim.. mas eu acho se for uma réplica, pelo menos é uma muito bem feita viu.. porque eu comparei esse video desse cara (que ta com uma qualidade absurda) com outros videos de Brs que compraram no mesmo anuncio que eu, e por enquanto eu nao vi diferença. Quando chegar, eu vou analisar junto com esse video, porque como consigo ver mais detalhes nesse video, ele parece original. Mas enfim, se for uma réplica e for igual a esse ai, ta de parabéns viu kkkkk

@@idk.man_ Mas aí fica a dúvida, se for uma réplica, será que tem chance desses número de séries serem copiados dos lotes originais ? Porque eu não duvido dos chineses.. mas pra ser copiado, ele teria que ter acesso aos lotes originais pra pegar o número de série de cada unidade pra copiar. Também não acho que ele poderia chutar um número de série. Como é exclusivo da china, é muito difícil saber se é original ou não. É como eu disse, se for uma réplica, tá de parabéns, porque todos os detalhes são iguais, tipo, todos mesmo.
