Can you show how to use this to put a portable fold up wheelchair into a trunk of a car? I've a Forcemech Navigator XL, weighs 58lbs w\both batteries. I'm definitely interested should I see how it would work with a car trunk.

I have the Solax transformer and it’s too heavy so I still can’t go out on my own. Would this lift work. The transformer is a little under 50 pounds and hoping I could lift this 25 pound mobility lifter (I think you can). Thoughts on this lift for the transformer?

Would this fit in a Peugeot Rifter 7seater with the two rear seats removed and what is the weight of the lifter.
This lift is 25 pounds, and I believe it would fit!
For those with little physical direct upwards lifting strength would a ramp up and onto the platform make life that much easier....could a ramp be fitted??......Thanks for a great demo.
It possibly would help to have a rubber threshold ramp nearby if you can't lift it onto the lift.
@@MobilityDirect Thanks .....well worth reviewing such a device......Demo's on CZcams seem to shy way from full loading and unloading procedure from start to finish. This looks like being an excellent necessary bit of kit for those who cannot afford to have their vehicle fitted with an expensive hoist. One other aspect is the raised platform would allow cleaning and parts inspection of your chosen mount.....a very handy bit of gear.

@@MobilityDirect Your welcome.....I was so impressed with the lifter you demonstrated I went out and bought one and with hands on experience I can now confirm that getting my power chair on and off is an easy manoeuvre that doesn't require lifting as is sliding the chair in and out of the vehicle.....This now means I can use the lifter with any vehicle. It is a well designed & built piece of equipment , Once again....Many thanks. Alan (UK)

Is it compatible to plug into Air Hawk / Falcon / Eagle lightweight foldable electric wheelchairs?
As long as it weighs less than 100 lbs then it should work just fine.
I was wondering if the lift needs to be charged even though you might not be using it for long period of time. What is the life of the battery? I live in Nova Scotia Canada is there any place here that if it would need to be repaired I could take it?
It's best to charge the batteries as a proper care and maintenance measure. You can expect about 250 lift cycles per charge of the batteries. We only ship within United States. Hi Drew. This is the lift I am considering. Do you have them in the showroom that I can come and see if I can handle getting the lift in my vehicle? I know 25 pounds sounds light but I have progressive debilitation. Last June I could lift my transformer less than a year later Im struggling. Also who does repairs in Pinellas County and how do I obtain at my expense service? Or can you guys help me if I come down to preview the lift?
Come by one of our stores, we have them for demonstration at both locations most of the time. The transformer is very heavy. I would consider taking a look at the GB120 scooter as a replacement in the future. The transformer has many parts that are prone to braking and they're not cheap to replace. The gb120 is very unique when it comes to transporting it in the trunk of a car. Check out our videos on it. I think you'll like it.

For someone with a bad back this product has no used. Because there in no ramp to roll up the scooter onto the lift. Only my opinion!
