Motichoor Ladoo Rabdi Cake is a stunning cake flavour where in the motichoor ladoo crumbs and sweetened rabdi (prepared using a cheat method) is sandwiched between layers of rabdi flavoured cake and frosted with a silky smooth and melt in mouth whipped cream.
To make it more appealing to the eyes I have made it in a way that it resembles a giant ladoo. Isn't that striking?

I tried this recipe on my aunt's birthday....and trust me this is soo delicious....one of the best cakes I ever had ....all of my family members loved it and my friends too....they requested for this recipe . You should give it a try. You wont regret it.

I didn’t have rabri essence so I used both saffron strands and cardamom instead. Every element of the cake was visible when you cut into the cake and it literally looked gorgeous and like you said, it was a show stopper at my party. And obviously it was so delicious that there’s only two slices left! Thank you so much for the recipe ma’am✨!

Maam instead of Ricotta cheese how much bread crumbs should we use?
Hi.. so I haven't experimented with milk powder and bread crumbs so wont be able to give you exact quantities but I know for a fact that you can make instant rabdi with the same so guess you will have to experiment this part on your own.. thank you
How sour should the yogurt be ? Should we use fresh mildly sour curd or even if it's sour no problem ?

Thats awesome..What is the size of the tin?How much milk powder and bread crumbs should we use to substitute for ricotta cheese?
It is actually hard to measure a sphere tin but the card on the tin says 6 inch.. and I have not experimented with milk powder and bread crumbs but I know for the fact that you can make instant rabdi with the same so guess you might have to experiment that part on your own.. 🙂
