  • It's time to get rid of the cheap centrifugal clutch and upgrade to a torque converter! I decided to go with the Jugg-A-Verter kit to put on the Mega Moto Mini Bike. I know I will not see the full benefit of the Juggernaut driver yet as I still have the governor in my engine, but that will get removed in the near future. Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe!!!

    I'm moving foot peg tube to other side of frame and lowering it as well. With new motor plate I expect to have just 1 plate and no bs adapters! Rear of plate will be raised a bit to clear for driven pulley and hopefully a 7" as well. Motor will be about 3" farther forward too as a bonus!

    I just ordered my juggernaut a couple days ago along with a mikuni carburetor. I cant wait to see what it can do.

      I was having issues with the stock one on the predator 212 so I got a aftermarket replacement and its having similar issues so instead of messing with the 10 dollar ones I figured I'd give the 100 dollar one a try. But from what I've been seeing online the Japanese mikuni is badass and I should have started with it. Just the throttle assembly alone would have saved me a couple hours of tinkering.

      @@koreywilliams4570 So far I have only ran with the stock carbs, but from what I have researched the Japanese Mikunis are definitely are the way to go. That will probably be the way I go as well.

      @@MikesMiniMotors once I get my other parts I ordered ill have the juggernaut torque converter, mikuni carburetor, exhaust, air filter, flywheel and valve cover. Soon as I figure out what I need to change out on the inside I wanna change all that out for higher rpms and just overall safety. I dont want something flying apart while I'm riding.

    • @MikesMiniMotors
      @MikesMiniMotors  Před 3 lety

      That is the same exact reason I have not removed my governor yet. I would rather play it safe then sorry. Once I get my billet flywheel, it will be gone though!

      I’m not sure if you bike is the same, but the Predator 212s that I use, require a 5/16-24 bolt. Make sure your thread pitch matches what the engine needs.

      I'm doing something similar, I just picked up a normal 30 series driver pulley to put on for the time being. Once I can get my stage 2 kit and remove the governor, then the Juggernaut will go back on.

  • @fatbuddycat

    • @MikesMiniMotors
      @MikesMiniMotors  Před 3 lety +1

      Yeah, that's the plan. I really need to get rid of that governor! Now that I picked up the other frame, this one will be focused on performance and the other will be more for comfort, like electric start, charging system, lights, all that stuff.

    Is mega moto bike the same thing as the Coleman RB 200?

    • @MikesMiniMotors
      @MikesMiniMotors  Před 3 lety

      The bikes I own are both the Mega Moto 80/105 frames, and they are a quite a bit different than the Coleman RB200. From looking at pictures though, the Coleman RB200 and the Mega Moto B212 look to be fairly similar. I do not own either of them though, so unfortunately, I can not tell you how similar they are. Sorry.

    will this fit on the stock motovox 80cc motor

    • @MikesMiniMotors
      @MikesMiniMotors  Před 3 lety +1

      I am not sure on that one, sorry. I do not own a 80cc Motovox (or any Motovox...), so I can not look at one to see if it would.
      It would come down to if the output shaft of the 80cc engine is 3/4" or not, and also if the block has the mounting holes for the back plate. If both of those are true, then it would be if it would physically fit on your bike. I know it's not an exact answer, but hopefully this will help you figure out if it would work for you or not.
