I like Fall and Winter because everything is forced to calm down. It's more quiet and peaceful. Warm cozy socks and sweaters. Lighting candles. Comfort food. But, I do get that lack of Vitamin D depression at the end of February here in Michigan so I start to look forward to warmth and sun. It does get old

I really appreciate the nice soulful peaceful music, too often people put in dub step type music and it drives my brain crazy to the point I have to turn the videos off. I'm not a party person and suffer a lot with ptsd. The music is all party party these days and I just can't take it. Thank you thank you thank you for giving us a lovely space to relax ♥

I have to keep reminding myself how blessed I am to live in middle Georgia when I still see snow this time of year. I am prepping my garden beds, feeding the animals and then popping in to do a load of laundry all while listening to you. Your voice is calming and yet inspiring at the same time. Mystic Meadow ~ I'm in N. GA. and you're right. Snow here and the National Guard line the streets. haha. But I think just one winter i'd like to live in a snowy area just to enjoy it. Hope your Sunday was a blessed one.
I am sitting with my elderly Mom, who is asleep right now. I listen while I knit. It’s very pretty out today with the sun reflecting off the snow. Your choices in music are soothing, as is your voice.

Loved this video. Its so relaxing to watch others do their housework....but harder for me at my age and cancer survivor this year . I am back to homemaking and enjoy all i can do. I too hang all my clothes on a line i made. I sure do like yours. Its awesome. God bless

It does seem like this Winter has gone on forever and I feel the same about not having sunlight. I have plenty to do right now, that's why I'm watching videos. 😂 I just can't bring myself to do these things. Thanks for the inspiration.

@@juliefahrne9094 I have found ear buds to be a help. I found myself sitting idol watching videos way to often. Now I place my phone somewhere I can glance at it from time to time but still can get on with what needs to be done. Maybe you will find this useful.

I looked to see where you are from. I live in Juneau Alaska and I feel the same about Spring. It snowed here yesterday. Always waiting for Spring.
We just lost the last of the snow in our yard, although small amounts still remain in the wooded areas around our home. Like you winters come early and last way too long. I hope yours melts soon!

Thank you! Our island is where everyone seems to gather. It's the place our family all joins hands in prayer and blessing at family gatherings, our grands do their homework, and art, and lots of baking gets done. It has become a very special part of our home. ❤

I had to laugh when you said you are not an electronic person. 😂 I am exactly the same. We do have a dehydrator as well (owned by my husband) but it does take a lot of space and doesn’t get used as often. 😂😬 I love how creative Madelene is with her toys (cookies in the drawer) my kids do the same. We will definitely give the cinnamon swirl bread a try. You both have a great week with lots of ☀️ Hugs from all of us 🌷

Thank you, Lorna! Homemaking is so relaxing to me. I wanted the music to reflect that. I mean, I get that sometimes we are in a rush and that can make everyday chores feel like a lot of work, but for the most part, it’s such a joy. I am blessed! God is so good! 🙏

Now you know that if you had gotten that pillow up on the very first try you wouldn't have gotten in your morning jumping jacks.🤣 Great tidy up and setting things to rights. This is what I do when the grands have been to visit. But mostly grumbling when i'm picking up after hubby who is worse than the grands ever had time to be. 😉 And! Oh my goodness. The snow is beautiful. We took the grands last week to the Smoky Mountains to ski. No snow. All the snow was man-made. And it was in the sixties with our next to the last day being 76*. Last year it was hardly above 20* the whole time. Madness. The babies were so upset we couldn't build a snowman at the cabin. So we played in the stream that ran pass instead although the water was still cold enough to freeze fingers and toes. Blessed week ahead and send all the bread to my house. 😍

Oh, my word! I got a laugh in for the day anyway. We have plenty of snow to share anytime your family needs it! Our temps have been very frigid the past couple of days. Today -19🥶 I need the sun!! The bread went to southern Maine with our two oldest grands who were up visiting for the week. We also sent them with some highly requested pumpkin muffins. A bit out of season, but definitely a favorite! Come up for a visit. I'll make you bread, muffins, and anything else you like! 😊💞
I'm blessed to have found your channel. We live in MT and live a very simple, old-fashioned life too. We heat and cook on our wood cook stove in our 1910 farmhouse. I'm looking forward to viewing ore of your videos, because it feels like home. Your home is beautiful and so cozy. God Bless

When I'm doing dishes, I usually have a video going where I learn things. That's my time. Like you though, I'm ready for some Spring and sun. I've already started some seeds downstairs because I'm so ready to garden. That bread looks amazing! The way your husband fixes it sounds amazing! I can almost smell it. I love making homemade bread. I wish I had more time for it. Okay...you are messing with me, you changed your apron and wore one of yours and then you put the other back on lol. I'm loving mine, by the way.

I wanted to be "Jennifer", "Kim", or "Danielle". As I grew older, I realized how many other girls actually liked my name because it reminded them of the book, MADELINE. I really love that name now and wouldn't trade it for anything. It's who I am.🥰

Nice relaxing video. The clothes line is awesome. I live in a condominium with a small deck. I used to have a clothesline when the deck was bigger. They just built new smaller ones last year. This spring I’m going to see if I can at least use some drying racks

Thank you, Jamie! It's called a noodle board today, but back in the day, they were just called bread boards. Mine belonged to a friend's grandmother. She gifted it to me after her grandmother passed away. It's one of my favorite pieces! ❤️
