Dhotia village is the hidden gem of the Rishikesh!! This beautiful eco Friendly Village is just 4 Km from famous Ram Jhula but the place is hidden from the limelight. The people of this village has awesome collaboration with nature without harming any wildlife or flora and fauna. The life of this village is not easy due to no electricity and water supply by the govt due to some technical issue of NGT and forest reserve area. But, despite of all difficulty the people of this heavenly place are very friendly. We met and talk with many people of this place during shooting and found them very happy but slightly sad due to govt. system towards the ignorance towards their basic needs.. Hope they will get, what they deserve..
