    🥑 RECIPE:
    Avocado.
    Remove the stone and cut the avocado.
    Scoop out the flesh of an avocado with a tablespoon.
    Salt.
    Black pepper.
    lemon juice.
    Chop with a fork.
    Red pepper 1/4.
    we cut
    Mix well.
    Tomato.
    we cut
    Cucumber.
    we cut
    onions.
    Oatmeal 40 gr.
    1 egg.
    Mix well.
    sunflower oil.
    Divide oatmeal into 2 parts.
    Fry the pancake on both sides until done.
    Fry the second pancake.
    Grease the finished oatmeal pancake with avocado.
    Add tomato and cucumber.
    Sprinkle with spring onions.
    Cover with the other half.
    Let's make a second pancake.
    That's all!
