I am a Canadian who went to Texas A & M and played for the Aggies as a defensive back. I was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League because I was designated as a Canadian and not an "import". I played 6 games, returning an interception for a touchdown, and broke my ankle never to play again. I will never forget the kindness love and sportsmanship of the people there. Best marching band ever, and the Ballad of the Green Beret brings tears to my eyes. 'Aggies do not lie, cheat or steal nor tolerate those that do' God bless you all. Forever in my heart. From your friends and neighbours up north. We have your back!

All I remember was being a bored 5th grader attending because dad thought we should attend and support the Aggie team. At the time Bear Bryant was a couch and his son went to school with me. What I really remember was having to take ballroom dance class. And Coach Bryant's son was in these class. I think all either of us learned was how to stomping toes. LOL we were bored stiff 😅
