Boy I will tell u a story. When I was 14 years old my father wanted me to learn to cook, so i decided to make soup. When I kneed the flour I put baking powder, and the dumplings swell up real big , my father started laughing so hard . From that day on I know not to put baking powder 😅😅😅😅😅
