It’s funny how other companies are still so good at customer service. Customer service has nothing to do with the pandemic. They are sticking their heads in the sand and hiding

Elliot Hungate wow. Well idk who is getting their awesome customer service but it’s not me. I spent months trying to outfit my entire setup with them and no one would answer or call back. It also took months to get a reel I’d ordered that they said was in US stock. They wouldn’t give me a straight answer on the tracking either (I assume because it was in China). Regardless that isn’t awesome customer service. However I’m glad I went with Ardent because their service is awesome! So is BassPro
