‼️One thing you should add to your hospital bag is a folder or accordion style folder. They give you so much paperwork so it’s nice to have a place to put all of it so it doesn’t get bent or lost!
My hospital gave me one.
Literally all I needed to pack was my tooth brush, shower shoes, my
Preferred lotion brand, nursing bra and Bobby pillow! Everything else’s they literally give you.

Yes! The abdominal binder I got from the hospital was sooo good. That loose feeling of my organs sliding around after baby was born was so unsettling

I’ve just had twins and to help me out I bought a microwave and baby bottle sterilizer. It is totally tired-sleepy-mother approved with zero chance of you sleeping and melting baby bottles! And congratulations! 🎉❤

Pack your noise cancelling headphones! I remember being so bothered by other people’s noise while I was waiting for baby!
Bring a heating pad! I didn't think I would need it but it was super helpful postpartum! I was practically naked the whole time LOL I shocked a few folks but honestly I could have cared less! Less to take off lol
ALSO, I HATED the hospitals pump so if you can take your own. Cause it was NOT IT at the hospital! Mine was 10x better!
