Thank you for making this video! It took me forever to figure out that my scalp produces enough sebum to sustain itself. I thought that putting grease on my scalp was necessary but everytime I greased my scalp , I would have horrible dandruff! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us!

Hi, we aren't supposed to grease our scalps but some heads of hair need to put leave in conditioners and or oil on the hair and ends or hair can break. Yes we have sebum coming down when we brush it down but some heads of hair need leave ins and or oil. Not a ton but some. Some breakeage comes from dry hair. The doctor prescribed nizorole for dandruff it worked it didn't come back. Thank you for the amazing video.
This was very much needed. I recently started growing a courser texture of hair , now having a very obvious difference of textures. Having difficulty managing the new texture. Going to take something from this video to help me out.

Hi Cyn!! When my dermatologist told me for years that my bald crown would not grow back, and the 7 day hair challenge grew my crown back, gurl, if you say do it…I’M ALL IN!!!!! My crown was bald for 10 years!!!!!! I’m absolutely done with OILS, PREPOO, GREASED, LOC METHOD, AND THOSE DAMN WASH N GO’S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@@marshb2850 hello, it all starts with the cut. I learned how to blow dry my hair with a brush with Tymo blow dryer, straighten it with Tymo comb, then went to a stellar European salon ($80), gurl, he cut my hair in a badazz short bob, I don’t need any curls , so I have a short part in the middle and wear it my chin length Bob straight everyday. Note: I went to a dusty licensed cosmetologist and she $&& up my hair, I’m starting all over again, in the 7 day hair challenge Cyndoll teaches how to find a good cosmetologist and since the challenge my hair is growing back soo fast, keep getting the damage cut…also as my diet is excellent too and I drink ONLY water or juice my greens, I hope this helps, gurl the 7 day hair challenge has changed my life, especially after the emotional setback from that dust cosmetologist!!!!
