My SP33S It does not work unless the charger cable is connected. What is the problem, given that the battery is fully charged? Please can you help

Make sure your battery is in correctly. I just tried an experiment with mine and it will light with no battery in it and only the charger plugged in. So there might be a polarity issue or a battery connection issue. Hope that helps.

I took out the battery and plugged the flashlight into the charger, but it does not work. I lost the original battery 4 months ago. Should I buy a new battery?
