are certain segments of the boss battles randomized or is that just me? like where the decapitated worm heads pop up during the latter half of Lycanthropy, or what forms the big cube takes on during Close to Me

The cube in close to me chooses random forms (although the first few times i played it it seemed like i always got the same patterns, not the case anymore), the worm heads are partly set (e.g. the 1-center; 2-sides; 3-center and sides formations when they start appearing), partly random, but in the last part they are random.
And sometimes it laggs so hard that a set pattern seems random because the next pattern already appears before the last disappears (on other levels than these two, eg the worms in fox, like the tiny worms while you have to switch between the spaces between the 3 big worms)
