    Thanks for the video! Most of the holistic drs advise to cycle Progesterone so that it mimics a real cycle. Should all women be cycling it or is continuous best?

      @SK-cp8zs That’s a good question. Cyclic progesterone is commonly prescribed for women in perimenopause. It mimics the way progesterone goes up days 14-26, then drops off. It’s not necessarily right or wrong. Different providers have different views on whether it’s useful or not.

      Most of the providers I work with will prescribe progesterone continuously after menopause to help with sleep.
