Добрый день.На 616 дизеле По мануалу прописано 24 градуса до ОТ. Но тогда дизель будет работать грубо.На днях я выставил аппаратуру на 18 градусов можно ещё позднее двинуть на 2 градуса.Не сильно позднее а то чёрный дым при езде появится, в этом положении мягкая работа дизеля и машина бежит скоростнее.
Дополню комментарий.На дизелях 615-617 после пробега 16000-18000 км. Возникает такая проблема как регулировка клапанов. В основном впускные клапана поджимают и не можеш запустить машину, запуск с буксира потом она заводится с ключа целый день. Если допустим поджало впускной клапан то выставляйте зазор не 0,10 как это положено, а выставляйте 0,15 так как на поджатом клапане и седлом образуется окись (белого цвета) этот зазор 0,5 компенсирует пока клапан прибьет на место.Это всё из личной практике что я прошёл на ОМ-616.

hello my friend, when you turn the pinion of the pump, do you align the tooth that is missing from the pinion of the pump on the mark of the pump or then you align a tooth on the pinion of the pump with the mark of the pump? also it's surprising because you set your crankshaft at 26 degrees before OT, others recommend 25 and mercedes advice 24, I admit, we don't know too much? Aren't the camshaft and crankshaft both lined at 0 together? And then put the crankshaft on 24 degrees to install the injection? Or is the camshaft 0 with crankshaft being 26

When I turn my engine with the camshaft marking aligned, my crankshaft mark is at 4 degrees (chain stretching). So, on which mark should I set it to insert the injection pump? 26 degrees plus 4 degrees?
Is it the same for om615 220d 1972?
