Such a taut, tight scene which really shows two powerful and subtle actors taking chunks out of each other's psyches. We don't get such a magnificent script or such magnificent acting come together often enough these days. Just another thing that makes Mary And George such a landmark and a delight. Awards, please! Because - for once - they are very much deserved.

The way James calls George an "unfair bear" has me dying of laughter every time I hear it. And later in the series, he calls himself another kind of bear.

Wonder when Skyshowtime will air the last three episodes. In Scandinavia we got the first 4 episodes 5th. March - since then nothing. Very unprofessional to just post the first half of the series.
