I did this when I big chopped the first time. To sleep better in them you want the side you sleep on most to be as flat to your head as possible with a little wiggle room and no rollers laying on top of the other (I have thick hair so it I know it can be a struggle). This way when you lay down if you feel the pulling on the hair in one area or another you can move the roller to lay more flat.
I will do this on sunday leave it in all day. Can't sleep in rollers. Satin caps are great hold curls😂

I did this! I used Shea Moistire JCO repair leave in conditioner and Lottabody mouse. I rhink next time, I will also use lets jan gel to smooth down my ends. I also have to get more rods because I bought a lot of blue and red ones not realizing the amount of shrinkage. My still lasted through the school week!Thanks very much for making this video!

Hey Nia we buzzed our heads around the same time at the end of 2017 (mid-Dec for me). Your hair is doing GREAT sis! I too am growing nicely (about 5 inches or so to date). I love seeing inspiration for when I remove my braids and enjoy my hair outside of my yarn braids.
