Riven, just with her shield alone, assuming it's rank 3 at this point, as most Riven's max E second, can shield herself for 264. we know conqueror's wears off due to it being on it's very last tick as she leaves vision, and seeing as Requiem still needed 2 seconds to finish casting, she had to wait at least half a second before casting E, so we can calculate her AD without conqueror's active and find the shield value. so the initial burst is dealt with, 264 - 198= 66. the shield then absorbs the initial 3 ticks of the now refreshed Liandry's, meaning Riven only takes an additional 55 damage, assuming she waited until the very last moment to shield. she still takes an additional 44 liandry's burn regardless, putting her at 99 total damage against her 109. factoring in her health regen and pots, she survives narrowly, regaining roughly 17 - 45 health depending on whether or not she immediately activates her second pot. then Zeftath buys alternator and slams 90 damage into her on one of the Liandry procs. TL:DR, damage makes sense, Riven was fed and had the AD to survive with her shield, Zefath pulled a fast one with that alternator lay.
