Lol just because #IWillBeTheJudge…. Anyways, what I was going to say is that you should react to the Marching Southerners’ 2023 production, “ Reflection”. Their 2022 production, “One giant leap” was OK but I personally think they are 2023 show and 2019 show even was better
my band got to see them live at our state competition (they were exhibition), i love them so much! i’m not in guard but their guard was so exciting to watch in person with all the faces they make. an amazing band!

we won best in 7a state, best guard, and best music + got to play in the st. patties day parade in NYC earlier this year

Southerners Alumni Weekend AND the reception of the Sadler Trophy.
Since 1982, the Sudler Trophy has been presented every two years to a collegiate marching band, and is considered the equivalent of winning the Heisman Trophy in football.
It recognizes collegiate marching bands of particular excellence that have made outstanding contributions to the American way of life; have demonstrated the highest musical standards, the most innovative marching routines and ideas; and have made important contributions to the advancement of college marching band performance standards. JSU is the smallest college to every win the award.
Small college but BIG band putting 500 on the field, plus alternates, and traveling the world upon invitation.
Their next trip will be to France to play that the D-Day Commemoration Ceremony.

The bigger the better for me regarding marching band, lol. Unless it's a band like Allen high school in Texas with like 500-600 people.
