So nike is not good anymore? No more air tech, no more jordans? These seem basic and i tried them on the other day, not sure why the hype. Walking around they feel normal and look cheap.... but oh well, if you guys say so, i will stop buying nikes

It's amazing how consistent Puma makes each model feel similar yet with minor differences, and some of them are great for Kobe lovers, especially the all pros
I’ve been loving Puma since the Clyde Hardwood review all thanks to weartesters. Now I have Hardwoods, All Pros, MB.02, Rise Nitro (2x) and also picked up the Velocity Nitro 2 for running. It’s been a great shift away from Nike and Jordan. All thanks to Weartesters.
Same. I rock only All Pros and TRC for bball and Velocity for running. So accessible, affordable and incredibly good performers!!
Kinda regret not getting a bunch of All Pro's, when they were on sale for around 75 bucks. I've bought a couple of bball shoes after, that all have some minor or major issues that makes them less enjoyable to wear or even unwearable on the court for me. Those Allpros were amazing...

I regret getting rid of my extras. I snagged a bunch of colorways and then decided I probably over did it and only kept two. 😢

The All Pros are dope! Easily one of the most comfortable shoes ever to hoop in. I had to retire these because they are low-tops and I kept rolling my ankles. I actually wear them casually because they are so comfortable.
I ended up with 5 pairs of all pro, stock up when they were on sales. Down to my last pair though because I don’t wear anything else as nothing come close to these killers.
Puma has the best looking hoop shoes out. Need more cushioning at my older age now so really excited for these. Also, I am extremely excited for the Jordan 38

These look absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to get them in hand and on feet. Dicks Sporting good is usually a good place to try on pumas basketball shoes. Loved playing in the Clyde all pro so I’m super excited to give these a run!
What makes trying on pumas at dicks any different from trying them on at any other shoes store?
@@ervoro5949 the fact that you’re more likely to find them at Dicks as opposed to other brand stores like foot locker or finish line. Champs is also a good spot
All the dicks around me carry the budget models, I feel shafted.
Got these 4 days ago amd easily my new favorite bball shoe. They absolutely killed it with this shoe from the look to most importan of all performance!!! Can't rec this shoe enough amd already ordered a 2nd before these catch on and sell out.. also went tts with 13 perfect fit for me
Any idea on how these would preform outdoors?
@AngelitoMarcos man I'm not sure on that rubber is pretty stuff especially in heel but I'm Def not planning to use em in driveway when I'm shooting with my kids these will be indoor but again not positive in that

@wadec6799 hopefully they re-release. Lamelo mid top versions came out overseas. I have a pair of originals I was just asking to see what size I should get for the new all pros. Some say they're snug and I should half size up.

definitely more comfy but the all pro i can feel the ground. traction was about the same even with the translucent outsole.
Looks like an evolution of the Fusion Nitro line as well.
Not sure if I'd call it a concern, but Puma has similar looking/tech in their shoes, that might make it harder to decide which ones to choose. I guess the answer is just to pick them all up 😅
The originals are without doubt, the best Bball shoe of the last 10 or so years. Only thing that can compete is Kobe 8/9.

Loved the All Pros. Will definitely get the Stewie 2 oder All Pro Nitro.
I have played in the shoe for about 4 weeks.
This is the closest thing to the original all-pro. The cushion is great and there is no break in time. Literally the first time i played in them it felt like I had played in them for months.
The cushion and grip is fantastic. The one thing that I did notice was the weight. Puma b-ball shoes (apart from the original all-pro and the TRC blaze court ) are quite heavy on foot. This was not the case with this shoe. Court feel is a little missing but with the nitro foam and cushion that is expected.
Did you get the same size as the Clyde All Pro? Wanna get the new one but not sure what size.
@BrianO109 I got the same size as the Clyde all-pro and other puma shoes. If you want a snug 1 to 1 fit go true to size. If you want a little more room or have slightly wide feet go half size up.
But ideally if you can try on first before buying.
Finally… it’s so hard to find a pair of puma all Clyde pros. It’s either resell or a used pair. I destroyed my kuzma ones. Thank the lord.
I’m still rocking my Kuzma low cut all pro, love that old school retro look and the killer traction.
If they’re anything like the All Pros, I’m all the way in. I bought like five pairs of those. One of the best hooping shoes I’ve ever had.
Finally got the scoot version. !! Have both rubber outsole and the translucent as well ❤❤
the parquet like traction on the outsole of the all-pro nitro and clyde all pro is actually a nod to the pattern on many of the suits worn by Clyde Frazier.
I'm always team Puma they make some of the best looking and most comfortable shoes for some really good price
Puma played safe by choosing red and teal color on thus shoe to counter both the possibility of hornets or blazers picking scoot
Play outdoors regularly in my clyde all pro, swap the original with a boost alike insole, its a 💯

This colorway reminds me of the old Rose 2.0 L-Train, one of my favourite looking shoes of all time. Might pick up a pair for that alone!

The trc blaze courts outside of the rubber defect were 5 star!
Will they be durable on outdoor courts?
These shoes are so comfy, but for me in particular I've found that they lose traction quickly, any recommendations for that?

I own a sports shoe store and it actually makes me so sad how so many people just ignore what brands other than Nike are doing. Puma and New Balance have killed it these past 2 years in particular with the MB lines and Two Wxys respectively.

You finally put my Puma concern/gripe out there. I've got some weak ankles and I haven't found a Puma shoe since the All Pro that I'm comfortable playing in. Most of their models seem to sit a little high off the ground and be a little narrow at the base for my ease of mind.
These look great, but I don't think I can mentally get past that.
Yeah...I love the All-Pros but I kept rolling my ankles in them. I unfortunately can't hoop in low-tops. Huge hazard for my ankles.
I used to roll my ankle a lot even with high/mid cut shoes and ankle brace on. Had to tape it all the time but then a sports physio taught me how to change my jumping and landing techniques to minimize injury, never have that issue ever since.

I think the puma rebound future evo core basketball shoes are one of the greatest. Rockin the nitros rn but im going back! Check them out
A lot of my favorite shoes use dual density foam setups use carrier foams (WOW AC 10 / Anta KT 8) definitely prefer it over just caging a really soft foam with a harder plastic.
Have you guys considered reviewing the upcoming air jordan 2 low university blue? I was thinking about going for them but I'd love to hear Chris' thoughts on 'em.
Since you have featured 361° and Lining I made a choice and it's a bang for my buck
I loved the first all-pros but found the toe box tapers too much at the big toe compared to a Kobe for example which is straighter. I have a narrow/normal width foot.
If you’re wearing a 1:1 fit this taper will usually push your big toe over towards the second toe affecting balance and push off power.
Over time this can also stretch the plantar fascia (arch muscle) and lead to tears or other problems up your chain (knees, lower back).

Are the colorway's and models as in stewies. scoots, all pro nitro released in a year or series the same generally. I get that possibly traction with colored tread might be an issue, but im more concerned on fit and cushion. I like the scoots but i prefer ell pro nitro in certain colorways.
Im a size US10 and 99% of my life worn Jordans, but age isnt kind to me and im enjoying my original GT Cuts at the moment.

I haven't gotten the All-Pro Nitro yet but the Stewie 2 has been a great shoe so far! It was mentioned in the first All-Pro video (2020), but is the current All-Pro Nitro and the Stewie 2 similar to the Kobe 9 as well? Just curious.

the 361 aaron gordon zen 4 has the same foam, its called quikfoam. those pair were comfy af especially for vball
They’ve been using it since the AG1. Multiple brands use it and each one names it differently.

@weartesters... regarding the snug fit that you mentioned.. is the fit in the tow box area the same as the j.cole Dreamers 1 ? Do your toes feel sandwiched or compressed ?

Is this just going to be a pathetically small puck of nitro (smaller than a zoom unit) like the MB01 and MB02 had or a decent amount of the foam to make up the majority of the midsole?

The original all pros was good for outdoor, not the most durable but lasted me at least 6 months of heavy usage. Hopefully this new gen will be the same.

How durable do you think the outsoles will be? I was pleasantly surprised by the Stewies
They feel like they’d last indoors just fine. Outdoors will likely be similar to the original which lasted a decent amount of time. I still use my pair outdoors and they work well.
