The music was a nice touch..almost jaws like as when it kicked in the second time you knew that a big fish was coming. 👍
Nice, glad you liked that
Couple chunky tanks and a bunch of nice pickerel!!
When u hear the dramatic music start u know its monster muskie time!!
Such a solid way to enter the year, congratulations. Your soundtrack paired with all those tanks feels like a Slobland video. Happy St. Patrick's Day🍻

Great video yinz crushed it 💪🔥

I enjoyed this more than any fishing show i ever saw on TV. All I fish for now days is waĺleye, musky, and northern pike. More challenging to catch and actually take some strategy. I got bored with bass fishing and sold all my bass stuff and my St. Croix bait casters and medium heavy spinning rods for bass.
That’s awesome to hear I’m glad you enjoyed it!
I have that same alijoz size 300 love that thing with right hand retrieve have that with my 8”6 heavy bass pro predator musky throws 7 ounce baits with eez
Damn that chain pickerel was big for a pickerel. I tell ya if you fillet those pickerel bonless and bread them and deep fry them they are even better than walleye. The size limit here in Pennsylvania is 15" but they are much easier to fillet boneless if 18" and bigger. Pickerel are extremely aggressive when they are feeding. I would have been happy with eating those pickerel
Love me an umbrella rig too! Fantastic bass lure as well.
PA has no restriction on hooks per line... Only rods per fisherman is restricted to 3 active lines per licensed fisherman. You can use all 5 unless you're at Pymatuning which 100% restricts you to 3.
Good to know! My mistake
@@absoluteunitmedia no worries. Rules are always changing & difficult to keep up 😂 until last year I shared the same thought we were restricted here in PA
Didn't know chain pickerel even got that big!
those pickerel are so cool we only have pike and musky around here i’d love to catch one of those instead
Crazy little fish
My buddy just caught a walleye using a live rockbass on the Mon it was a 4lber that choked down like about a pound rockbass! But unit pleaseeee pretty please can we get some spring flat videos soon??? 😭
lol I’ll see what I can do once it warms up
@@absoluteunitmedia 🙏 🤞 🤣🤝
Amazing jobs and great videos. Can't wait to watch u guys fishing walleyes.
🙏
So when are we going out we'll take my boat let's go pymatuning spawn will be early this year
Send me a dm on instagram
@absoluteunitmedia I have to greese my wheel earrings for the year and check the air in them. Couple other small things and I'll be ready I have a cottage on the lake we can either go up the night before or meet me there my boat is completely legal and everything is s it should be no worries
What state or lake because I fish in pa and want to know if I can go there
What do you think that 39 incher weighed?
I think about 20 lbs
@@absoluteunitmedia whistle sound. That’s a biggun
Did you join muskies inc and or get your musky permit yet?
What?
@@SageHooligan I wanted to know if Pat decided to join Muskies Inc and or buy the voluntary musky permit since the club helped build this fishery and the permit is sustaining it. Musky anglers all need to take a look at those things and support them if we are gonna take the time to fish for them.
Big fan of the voluntary musky permit - been getting that since it came out. Muskies Inc seems cool too! Will look into it. Thanks and thanks for watching!
@@absoluteunitmedia that’s awesome brother thank you , I appreciate the reply!
The real question is have you liked, subscribed, and hit that notification 🛎️ Ryan?
They are built like that cuz they are pre spawn and full of eggs more than likely
That was a pickerel? I've caught so many Pike thay are smaller than that. I've also never caught a pickerel of any kind, but I always seen and heard they are just small and annoying. I seriously didn't know they could be bigger than 15 inches. Turns out I'm wrong. Learn something new everyday.
Yes they were..did not catch any pike day. The pickerel seem weirdly big around here. Also we were musky fishing so the lures were much bigger compared to when bass guys are accidentally getting pickerel..
@@absoluteunitmedia That makes a lot of sense. I usually fish for pike, bass, and catfish. I don't know if there is pikerel in my area either. I fish up north Minnesota and Wiscounsin. Never even caught or seen one on the lakes I've been to. I don't know really, might just have some bad luck I 'spose. Or good luck depending on how you view it.
