Bunkai is a pretty good martial art indeed I just wish things could have been different I wish I could have had been doing this in my karate class in this time the library I just want to chance but this watching this is pretty amazing and incredible it best 🥋☯️🙏😌🙏☯️🥋
Ja, ich stimme zu. Das ist eine "Basis" Bunkai die sehr nah an der Kata bleibt. Dadurch kann der Schüler ein Verständnis der Kata entwickeln. Schwarzgurte werden natürlich nicht mehr so nah an der Kata bleiben und das ist dann für uns die freie Bunkai. Einzige Bedingung. Es muss funktionieren und zwar auch wenn stark angegriffen wird!! Kihon Bunkai, trotzdem gute Technik. Allerdings sollte man erwähnen das es Drei verschiedene Levels vom bunkai gibt.
