you can buy the engagement ring at Hana's shop for 30,000 when a boy/girl has a blue heart..and for the blue feather you need to see all 4 heart events, you need a bouble bed and the boy/girl must have a red heart....then you can buy the feather at Hana's shop for 100,000 G
