- In todays video i'm bringing you my end game power surge build. Its not as crazy as late game shrapnel or unstable bomber but considering it uses a purple primary weapon i think it's a great start to endgame dps for allot of people.

Would appreciate if you could also include a dmg demonstration on dummy without using your crossbow/applying Bulls Eye.
I mean I’m using it cuz half the build geared around it. If I didn’t use crossbow for bullseye I’d have to change the boots and probably 2 other mods as well.
Might be a good idea, I can't speak for others but ik I don't like using primer weapons in any game

As it stands the scar is meh tbh , but yes plz do a proper dps check with out the cross bow, in a pvp situation you won’t be switching back and forth that often, also even in pve you won’t cuz you’ll be dodging and things and be just spam shooting your AR over the crossbow
@@snowlyte2474 majority of people are playing on PvE servers. i didnt gear this build for PvP but yes you are correct.

yeah we have a god tier chef in our hive that had all the recipes going so i think thats when i saw it i knew it existed lol just couldnt remember the name lol
You need to try Jaws pistol Unstable Bomber build!
super hard to get jaws on PvE server :/ we dont have a garunteed roll on wish machine like pvp players have
i do have the gold mask on my second character. u get this gun early on and it seems to RIP so hard vs the ak unless u get that golden valour AK. shock seems to work better on humans vs deviants. fire on deviants seems better but i dont have time to test all this

Take off the thunderclap. 20 stack one, and just put on crit damage stacks.
Even with mayfly 1/2 the mod to 10 its only 3 times per clip if every bullet triggers surge.
vs 45% crit damage for more then half the clip in most cases. And with high reload speed, you may not even loose the buff.
They need to buff shock mods tbh. Forst and fire are simply better cuz of gear.
Although maybe the intention is ur ment to be a crit and crit damage, with the little added shock as a bonus damage and CC. But idk.
What would be better with this build? Renegade set or Falcon set?
depends i like falcon because of the psi intensity buff. but if u want high base dmg go with renegade and then u can tech use whimsical drink for 30% psi intensity boost from the food instead. think renegade would be better in long run u just have to roll a bunch on wish machine to get it and not everyone wants to do that
Any idea where to get the Leather Boots (Boots on the Ground) blueprint? I got the other Leather Boots blueprint but they're not Boots on the Ground.
the name of the boots has changed twice in this beta lol. first they were camo leather boots, now they are boots on the ground. but the blueprints are located in the mysterious chest hidden in the forsaken monolith where u fight Mesndavoran boss.
@@Glitchiz Damn I already cleared Forsaken and did not get them. I got a set of Leather Boots but they have the perk "recover 2.5% HP per second while in fortress warfare."

Damn, was hoping you'd know another spot dropping the blueprint. I'm using this build and it's kicking ass, these boots would be icing on the cake!
should i be using shrapnel instead of power surge at the end game? Im currently lv50 and contemplating whether i should switch
who knows cause they could change everything at launch
I’d run shrapnel does a bit more dmg imo. Especially if you unlock last valor

@@kai2765 a maxed out pioneer with be better imo for elite and boss dmg they rly needed div evo this beta. Its great for add clear though on smaller enemies so would be worth bringing as ur secondary potentially

how do i get metal shelf? is there a fixed spawm?
its totally random unfortunately i got mine from a box in a silo ive seen others get it out of a dumpster :/
Build videos really don't hold a lot of weight since the worthwhile loot (guns/armor) to are RNG based and the currency to get them is timegated. Think this is probably my least favorite part of this game. I can deal with RNG, I can deal with time gates... but BOTH make the grind WAY to heavy. Tastes bad...

well all the gear and weapons used in this build are pretty much garunteed just by playing. no legendaries are used so thats why i wanted to make this one should be pretty easy to build for everyone.
no one seems to be showcasing the Outer Space SMG power surge weapon, is it bad?
No, I don't think many people have it yet. I picked it up as a weapon, and it was decent considering I couldn't upgrade it.

I have it and it pumps out dmg tho surge Dosnt proc enough on it, jaws just out beats a lot atm. Currently making a black panther build to one shot ppl in pvp pretty fire so far hitting crits upwards of 20k on a dummy
