This is my favorite slow movement in the trio sonatas. There's something mystical about it. More chromatic than some of the others. Well done young lady.
A masterpiece made visible by a master !! I have been listening to performances of this work for a good while - this is the first one in my opinion which perfectly balances the voices, is completely transparent, is RIGHT ON with the tempo and the touch of an angel level of rubato. A wonderfully subtle registration. I don't believe the work can be performed at any higher level than Ms. Juodelyte did. BRAVO !! ALLE ACHTUNG !!
I come back every week to listen this Bach' andante . Beauty of the work and of course , talent and beauty of the player Karolina. Thanks again Karolina !
Great performance! Just love that movement. I could hear it a thousand times without getting bored. Would love to hear the entire Sonata! Thanks for posting!
the great master at it again. I have been studying and admiring J.S. Bach for years now but I never heard this beautiful piece. What strikes me the most how much Mozart I hear in this piece! especially near the end. Also.. masterfully played Karolina!
I was looking for a good performance of this piece, found it! I found others that did sound a rather mechanical. This performance is really alive. Thank you.
Such a refined, soft playing directly dissolves in the soul. It was this magical moment that Bach himself was looking for and finding... After all, it is customary to roar and scream on the organ in order to suppress the listener, just as the organist himself was suppressed in childhood. But a weightless, airy performance is such a rarity that each such success is a real discovery for me! A month ago I discovered this your greatest musical godsend and now I listen to this record every morning. I immediately have the inspiration to get up and go on refining my home organ, which is almost already working. To make every day magical, I look for magical music every morning. But lately I haven’t been looking for anything, I start the day with this recording, and the day turns out to be fabulous. Refined waving of phrases, peaceful tempo, cosmically beautiful and perfectly matched registers, soulful organ itself as soulful organist... I think it woild be better to lead right hand in the beginning on legato, or even legatissimo, then it would envelop the space and be a link connecting the footfall of the bass and middle voice soaring in the sky.
Magnífic piece of the giant Bach in a magnific interpretation of so nice and perfect musician. Delight for all the senses and the soul. Thanks from Argentina.
Quelle approche romantique de cette pièce ! C''est assez rare - et beau ! - pour être souligné. On écouterait volontiers l'ensemble de la sonate. Belle registration.
Perfect performance of a magnific work of the supreme musician ever, the "voice of God" as Wynton Marsalis once said. Congratulations from Balcarce, Argentina.
Same! I wanted to hear if the the transcription has somehow managed to "improve" the original by adding a few extra notes. It didn't! All the rich harmonies and virtuosic passages already are present in Bach's original.
Execução muito boa técnica e expressivamente. É o Bach de sempre. Perfeito em sua intenção expressiva emergindo naturalmente da construção técnica deste gênio inigualável.
If ever Hans Zimmer is about to search for a well-talented organist, to record a new OST, just as with Interstellar: I would love to hear Ms. Joudelyte playing for him. I listened to a couple of her recordings now, and she is one of few subscribed. It is a pleasure to hear her playing Bach.
But listen to the pedals! Piano transcriptions of Bach don't work. Too much is added by the transcriber when the harmonic structure defies anything more than Bach intended us to hear. (sadly as i love have a go at transcribing him)
Mind-blowing how one performer can play 3 voices simultaneously. It's hard enough to play Bach on a guitar, I can't imagine with 2 manuals AND footpedals! How long did you have to rehearse this piece before mastering it?
One of the most relaxing pieces in the history of music.
So true, but it is, paradoxically, strangely invigorating too. Bach's magic.
Ditto.
❤❤❤BWV 528

Great playing! Good to see Bach played by the young generation. Thumbs-up also to the composer.

This is indeed the best performance of BWV 528 II. Andante I have heard.
Alternatively, you might also hear my recommendation: Vikungur Ólafsson, BWV 528: II.Andante (Adagio), Transcr. Stradal

Totally agree Calvin.
Every pianist or organist MUST have J.S.Bach's music in own daily study!!
Every single person on this earth needs Bach in their lives! Even the deaf!
@@JohannSebastianWainwright Holy words, holy words. Many musical critics consider Bach's music the earth mean for the man to grew up toward God!
I love this piece! I love Bach! ❤️🎹🎹🎹

Karolina Joudelyle Thank you for sharing you Art with J.S.Bach. Greetings from Venezuela land.

Bach would be proud of you, your phrasing is brilliant!
This song brings me happiness. Very refreshing for the soul.
I was looking for a good performance of this piece, found it! I found others that did sound a rather mechanical. This performance is really alive. Thank you.

Registration, tempo, and expression (and the organ!) are all lovely. I've saved your performance for when I want to hear this movement.
Thank you for your videos, this one is my favourite❤️ Your beautiful pedal touch, and soft legato takes my mind out of sadness🤗🤗🤗
My very favorite organ piece by Bach.
As someone wrote: without Bach, God would have no reason to exist. Beautiful 🎵🎶 Greetings from Costa Rica 🇨🇷
What nonsens, without Hashem there is no BACH! Greetings from the Black Forest, Germany
Heresy!
Vice versa ..... otherwise it's heresy !

I've tried the instrument maybe 40 times, ameteur player, yeah the "3" voices really gives you a headache but amazing feel when you finally manage
