How do they get away with calling THIS First Class?! - Odyssey Airways

  • I have reviewed Economy and Business in Odyssey, and both of those were great experiences. Now, when I review their First Class, I came to realize it was simply a waste of robux.
    DISCLAIMER: I am not trying to directly attack anyone at the Ro-Airline, I am trying to let your airline know you need to do better before you can actually call this thing "First Class." I also have the right to share MY perspective and thoughts on the airline AND product, so do not attack me either. This is simply a review to say "do better."

    I think your review of the airline was very honest and they should not have downgraded you to a worse aircraft, but please don't make the comments about Boeing. My dad is literally an airplane mechanic and that it's not the company's fault, rather the mechanic and the airlines' fault at that. Airbus very frequently has the same problems.

    If you don't mind me saying this Odyssey is kind of a puppet rather than an airline. I can't remember exactly what happened with my flight however the staff were very unprofessional and when a guy asked for something at the gate the agent completely ignored him. I have a feeling it is turning into SPA...

      @@RobloxianPilot457 Definitely . This is the third airline neoptic has owned, and it’s just all a big show to get money, and the airline only lasts some 2-3 months before being sold.

      ​@@DMVRailfan THIRD? Good lord. Back in 2020/2021 one of my friends who owned a couple airlines pretty much tried to buy an airline and once they had bought it they would do like three flights on it and trash it.

    Good evening, as the First Officer for this flight. We apoligize for the long waiting and the issues onboard the flight, I agree that it was a chaotic flight since the a350 wasnt moving and we had to move planes, this is the second time it has happened and we changed planes because of the issues. Although we did delag the a350 but the problems started when we parked at the gate. But today was something new, the a321 pushback wasnt working and overall the controls were really messy and sometimes the plane wouldnt turn or climb, you will notice this on the take off and on climb when we were taking a right turn after departure in the video. Again we apoligize for the issues onboard both planes.

      Hey there, thanks for reaching out and sharing your perspective. I’ve been aware of the A350 issues and it not being used because of issues with the plane, but the A321 was one I wasn’t expecting to have problems. Really must’ve been hard when both planes were faulty.
      And if I caused any hate against anyone in the airline, I am sorry.

    Greetings, As the cabin crew of this flight serving you in First Class. We deeply apologize for any inconveniences caused. We had no idea how passengers sat in First Class which was solved. This was our Flight hosts first flight being hosted. We hope to see you again onboard and with better service this time. It turns out there is a bug with Aeroware. So, we are currently solving issues on this.

      Thanks for reaching out. I do get that there were issues that could be out of your control. This also happened on the second aircraft though, where three Economy Class passengers sat in Business Class on the A321XLR.
      But thanks for giving your perspective though, I really appreciate it.

      @@Ali_3466Well while I was on the second plane I saw 3 EC in Business. They handled it on the 1st plane but the second wasn’t handled.
