A BBQ grill and more trees
Way overpriced for this semi-trac home. The real price on this home should be around $450K -$475K. Californians will think this is a great price because they grossly overpay for housing. Wait until the market craters again, and you'll be able to get this home for about $400K.
Yea and the location makes it more worthy of 400-500$k. It’s remote, out of nowhere. Not worth a million

Hey Marquin, the community does allow for external improvements. The improvements would just have to comply within the guidelines for the communities HOA.
Meh.. not impressed. The main closet has no space to hang dresses! Did like the area behind kitchen

Is Texas Homes willing to throw in a swimming pool for the same price? Let me know.
Hi Gina, Unfortunately the home builder will not include a pool with the home, you will have to go through a pool company for that and it is separate from the build of your home. If you own your lot and are having Texas Homes build your home then you can have both the home built and the pool put in at the same time. If it is a Texas Homes lot then you will have to wait to have a pool built until after you close on your home. I hope this is helpful!
