Cracking up about the birthday party comment 😂 our 12 year old asked for one, begged for one, like 4 days before his birthday this year. Sorry dude, it just can’t happen this year! Promised we would do it next year (we are NOT party people lol).
This all was so helpful, marrying our children off seems so far but also the last 12 years has flown by and before we know it our oldest will be looking for someone. These are great things to aim for and ideas for when we get there. We are actually even contemplating a move (years away) to get away from the blue and move towards some more Christian culture elsewhere, and I pray that will help also. But the Lord has set our path, it’s His will we seek.
Wrote this before you even said how fast it comes! Amen!!
And I’m cracking up about Jane Austen comments 😂 finally reading through Pride and Prejudice and plan to do her others after, and I’m just glad that we don’t marry cousins 😉
