Nothing wrong with a nice limit of Trout! I enjoy catching and eating them. I have used the wrap in foil method, fried them and grilled them. To me they are good just about anyway you do them. I don't have a smoker either so I have never done them that way. At least you had some cold water to keep you cool and some water to float instead of draggin a lot. I enjoyed this video!!!! Thanks for sharing.
