love this, i been having a hell of a time learning to fly fish on lakes, i moved from mountain rivers to the flat prairies and no rivers, your videos keep me going and trying and learning how to get on fish in still waters..... great work on the derby everyone!!

Must haves for kayak trout fishing are rapala countdowns and maglip 2.0. Swap out those trebles for single hooks and slay. Awesome video as usual.
Keep bringing us trout content because some of us are bank bound due to finances and/or handicaps. More derbies are also appreciated, particularly if you were to make us aware ahead of the derby.

Hmm they have a lake up here in powell river bc canada that has huge trout overpopulating it up to 20 lbs no bs so a derby would really work 6 fish a day limit that's how many fish are in it .maybe you and your pals could do one for your fans looking to get away a bit .get your sponsors involved etc

You should so come down to Humboldt county I live in willow creek ca would love to see how you would fish here I've been trying to get into fishing more I'm native American so our tribe allows us to net fish and that's how I've fished for 15yrs now but I like the thrill of pole fishing just don't really know how to start any tips or tackle suggestions would be great keep the content up to! I've learn more on your channel then others
