Great video, I am a 40 year old just starting jiu jitsu and I am trying to learn a bit of wrestling to improve my game. Learning at such a late age has been.....rough. lol

thats awesome. I am 40 as well. I have not done much Jiu Jitsu but hopefully one day. Spend most of my time wreslting. it can be tough but just pick up little at a time

Same brother, same. Over the past 8 months my Jiu jitsu has gotten better but my wrestling is so bad, just doing these basic drills is hard for me. But cheers to us for joining the dog fight even at 40.
