Some dishes had crazy prices not for the name of the restaurant, but for the area where they were located: center places, tipically for tourists (who generally can afford or, anyway, being an holiday they don't care too much). Common people (if not reach) have daily meats in other kind of places. I agree with you that you ate a good gelato there. There is also the "gelateria della musica" on the very south of milan, after navigli, famous for its rare and strange tastes. Next time you'll try it :) BTW great outfits !
