Small Town Photography With The Fujifilm X-E4 & X-E2

- I go on Photo Walks all the time, usually by myself. Recently, I purchased the X-E4 and It has been an amazing camera. Unfortunately, my X-E2 wasn't getting picked up much. My Fiancé (Dani) wanted to come with me on one of my photo walks so I decided to let her try using my X-E2!
She has only used a camera one time before, so this was her first time going out and actually capturing photos! I think she did an amazing job. It is so interesting to see how differently we capture the same areas of this small Texas town.
All of the photos were SOOC JPEG images with a few of my own Lightroom Adjustments.
She really enjoyed the walk and wants to take more photos!

You and dani took some awesome shots, hard to pick and best ones but I think my favourites were the one you took of the little White House behind the tree (1.07 in the video), and of Dani’s the White House front and the bunch shots (1.56 and 1.57)
I also loved the shots of the grand wagoneer, it’s an awesome car!
Fantastic video buddy, love how it was shot. Not sure if it’s just me but it felt a bit Wes Andersen in places. Looked like a great place to explore!

Not only was it a great day out for you both but the end result was more time for you both together, taking pictures, and producing a pretty relaxing video. Love the photos! I really like the x-e2 photos ~ the 2 minute mark! Curious about the JPEG settings you use in the x-e2. I have the same setup and use CC, highlights -1, shadows -1, color +2 and Auto WB +3R-2B. Always curious what others do with the x-e2!

The settings in my X-E2 are very similar. Except -1 tone and +1 color, DR100.
I set the camera to regular Classic Chrome in camera, but did some adjustments to the JPEG images in Lightroom after.

The X-E2 was just using regular Classic Chrome. My X-E4 was using a few different ones as I was experimenting with the camera at the time. Probably something from Fuji-X Weekly. But I treat almost all my photos in LR to get them to a place i'm happy with.
