    Damn I love your videos, one question. Coach, when do I do my practice in spikes. Notice that most of your videos, your people are not wearing them. Is it like two weeks before competition. Thanks

      Great to hear you're enjoying the videos and finding them useful! Regarding practicing in spikes, it's a great question and depends on a few factors (age, how long you've been training etc.) Typically, starting to integrate spikes into your training 4-6 weeks before competition. Begin with 1-2 sessions per week. Listen to your body and adjust based on comfort and response. Spikes have a lot less cushion vs trainers so they can be harder on the joints. The goal is to ensure you're comfortable and confident in your spikes on race day without putting unnecessary stress on the body. Keep up the hard work, and best of luck with your training and competitions!

    For 6 months I've been doing strength work. I'm a sprinter and in that time my weight increased from 53 to 60kg. This month I've started high intensity work and noticed that I'm not able to activate my hips while running and it's decreasing my speed a lot. My knees aren't driving forward. What should I do?
