Jade and rose quartz rollers bring blood to your skin and help de-puff and balance skin tone. Since it brings circulation to your face, it helps with acne (as long as you keep it clean haha), and it also helps with lymph drainage. Put the roller sideways and pull across your cheeks toward your ears gently a few times on each side.

Hi Amy, if you are acne prone skin, you should do less massage on your face. For example that jade roller. It usually will make acne worse.
