Can't wait to see your Episode 4 breakdown!🙌🙌
That steve roger detail is quite good, you are awesome at this job ❤
Ya it will be amzing but exactly when o clock ?
What I find great to compare between this movie and the first X-Men movie was how Hugh Jackman came into the roll. Compare his rage scream at the end of this video to the one he gave at Sabre-tooth in X-Men. It's night and day really showing how he became Logan more then merely playing the part.
Ok
Damn, that Captain America grave was a really good detail. Proves why you are so good
Exactly... I was also like damnn.. didn't expect that. But I expected I'll not expect it so that doesn't count... Imao
It really does prove why he’s so good though
I was shocked when he said that!!
The sad thing is that we never got to see Hugh's Wolverine and Chris's Captain America share the screen together. I hope they make a movie with them together. ( There's a Captain America return rumour going on, so we can still hope that it would be there )
It was forced to me
Imagine living for hundreds of years then dying from corn syrup
They are not dying is simply they're being breed out the corn syrup suppress the X-gene so they only have Human children.
@@sophiawilson8696 the commenter referred to Logan. His healing Powers were suppressed and the age caught up to him
@@reveredokay I really think that it metal inside his body that posioning him. That makes his healing factor work over time. That is what killing him not corn syrup. The corn syrup suppress the X-gene of children of mutants not the mutants themselves.
I believe now that Logan's healing factor maybe reduced after living for so long and getting so many big injuries. Since humans are technically humans with extraordinary genetic make ups. Regular humans have a naturally healing factor. And the corn syrup could possibly killing mutants along with suppressing the mutant gene because how intertwined is this mutant gene to DNA to kill the body is another thing, but what if the corn syrup was never engineered to suppress but to kill the mutants?
@@sophiawilson8696 his healing powers made him immune to mostly everything including metal poisoning (that means rust that came from his adamantium bones)
But the corn syrup caused his Genes to mutate and that mutation suppressed his healing factor. and now that His Healing factor is not the same as before due to his DNA mutation, he is now more vulnerable to diseases (such as Metal Poisoning). so yes the metal in his body is killing him BECAUSE of the corn syrup that caused his genes to mutate
I cried so hard when I initially saw the film that I still don’t dare to re-watch it to this day
Same happened with me 🙂💔
Its unbeatebly one of the best marvel movies ever made.
Same 😢
I've had a lot of people telling me that they thought it was an amazing movie but it's one of those that you really only have to see once
When he said “so this is what it feels like”. Ugh that was tough
If all his old injuries were returning to him he wouldn’t just be limping
What he's saying is that the corn syrup had already been introduced into the diet. So his healing factor has been deteriorated since The Wolverine.
But, normally, bullets are expelled from his body, does that mean that the bullet from the old film stayed in his body? Idk man
Well he spotted it but its a bad explanation. Wounds don't "come back", however, due to the reduced effectiveness of his healing factor, it didn't heal properly, and scar tissue would induce a limp. Similarly, as we age, we "feel" old wounds "return", when they are just injuries we tolerated but either left scar tissue or caused particular weaknesses that showed up later on.
I know. That one I didn't like. When he was shot in 'the Wolverine', he could still heal, so he shouldn't have a limp in 'Logan'. It's like if he was suffering from radiation poisoning. He survived a nuclear bomb's explosion after all.
I think given enough time more and more of them would show up and eventually just kill him
Spoiler alert: corn syrup will be the death of us all, not just mutants.
Yep
exactly
Darn food corporations.
Guess we won't...
Smoke weed , drink less liquor
This movie is sad, but a great ending to the old generation of x-men and ofcourse for logan.

It's so messed up that in the end almost ALL the mutants died because they wanted to live alongside humans in peace...all the while humans were always plotting to kill them. Magneto was right!!! Had they all banned together and took over, they'd probably all be alive.😭
I think its eerily close to whats happening now, all of us have to ban together to end this scamdemic and stand up for our constitutional, or charter rights. i fell if we don't take a hard stand now we will all end up oppressed just like the mutants of the future that this film depicts. Fight government tyranny with all your humanity before it's too late.
@@jobloggins9435 I really hope people understand this. Your comment makes absolute sense, but I'm afraid that the common people like us fight among ourselves so much that the government doesn't even need to do anything

What makes Logan movie even sadder is, Logan longed for some company that will last as long as he does. When no one came close, he accepted his fate and finally accepted death...but on the death bed he meets someone who is immortal as he is and to someone he can shower all the love in world, but alas, he had to die...what a tragedy.
This movie is a masterpiece in my opinion. Hugh Jackman raised the bar so high with his portrayal of Logan/Wolverine that, in my eyes, it will be very hard for anyone to replace him as that character.
Hugh Jackman is Wolverine!
I correct you, it is impossible, right now at least. But maybe in the near future we can get another as good actor for this role, Tom Hardy is one those who could be worthy for Hugh Jackman to pass the torch of wolverine to
@@thesnipersmith3436 Tom Hardy already plays Venom , and the one can play Wolverin must have a face which ressembles to a wolf .

The limp he has isnt from the gunshot in The Woverine. Its from the beginning of the film when one of the thieves hits him with the metal bar on the ground. If it was from the previous film then all his previous injuries would be plaguing him but they arent
Exactly. In The Wolverine alone, he was shot in the back with at least 20 arrows, dropped more than 30 feet on several occasions, and stabbed with a katana. Not to mention, Future Past reset the timeline.

I was strongly under the impression of the scene in the Wolverine, "You'll be holding your own heart in your hands," that that was when he goes into the room where Yoshido was and cuts himself open, reaches inside (to his heart) to pull the nasty bug thing out. This is followed by his heart stopping beating, implying death, with his heart in his hand. His healing factor then brought him back to life.
Yes, that's is what she was referring to as he did momentarily die at that point. Canadian Lad's good at spotting stuff in films but not so good at linking bits of films to meet a theory.
In the end he DID die with his heart in his hand. He was holding his daughter's hand in his. And she was his heart.
@@purpleworld2677 I mean yeah, but this film clearly does not refer to that, as she says when he cuts himself open, "In this room", referring to the death vision.
@@G3-7162
I disagree. Laura did not need to hold Logan's hand to make that scene emotional.
I think the death scene in the Logan movie was an hommage to the death vision in Wolverine 2. And that connection makes the death scene much more emotional and meaningful than it already is.
And since every Marvel movie hides a lot of easter eggs and references to other movies, why should this scene not be an easter egg or a reference?
If you don't want to see it that way, fine. But I stick to it: Wolverine did indeed die with his heart in his hand!
Alright, now I gotta find the whole quote.
"I saw you die in a room like this with your heart in your hands"
I legitimately do not see how this can mean anything else besides in THAT film. Also, this was before DoFP, in which everything changes, and renders all of the other events null and void. Also, the words "in a room" don't exactly help your case either
Okay. That's was the most riveting episode yet for me. Great work.

This movies holds a really REALLY special place in my heart, like I can cry watching Logan die a thousand times for real and when I watched it in theatre, me and my friend were feeling so awkward like someone really close left us, it never happened (even afterwards, when Iron man died). CANADIAN LAD, it was really a good video, I loved it and it got me emotional again, it was beautiful. Thank you for this! ❤️ Keep it up!!!!🎉
Thats because it's one of the few productions out there that actually had a lead, masculine, or man with "toxic masculinity" role that felt genuine and not force fed. Logan embodies what most men desire to be in the corners of their mind and what women would love to snuggle up next to in bed. Outside of all the politically correct nonsense out there trying to persuade everyone that normal is not so normal anymore, there are movies like this, maybe no more, that show us what we are supposed to be. Apart from being a mutant, logan was mostly a Just man, desiring and doing what is right regardless of his struggles. He was tough, rugged, assertive, kind, respectful, everything a grandmother would love. He was also a muderer, sometimes misguided, but human none the less in his own right. Its alot to say for a fictional character but all of these great qualities can be achieved, lived up to, and respected without the claws in our reality.
This video was outstanding and well put together. I would have never suspected that corn syrup was the actual culprit that was killing Logan. The extra commentary at the end was icing on the cake!
8:13 Can also means its the feeling of people who Logan loved, cuz they all died while Logan stay alive. And now Logan know how it feels, hence ‘so this is how it feels like’
