- A BBC Investigation has found evidence that foreign-made drones provided by Iran and UAE are changing the course of Sudan’s civil war.
The importing of foreign drones by the two warring factions is a violation of a UN arms embargo.

The moment a country embroiled in conflict gets tangled up in dubious alliances with external parties, just know that the conflict has nothing to do with the interests of the civilian population of that country. More often than not, it all boils down to resource exploitation. I wouldn't be surprised if Iran, the UAE, and other unnamed foreign actors in this conflict are angling for some kind of resource deal with whoever comes out on top. Unfortunately, stupid near-sighted African leaders are all too happy to sell their countries and the lives of their people for a song. They are greed personified.
