American FoxTrot Basics

This video includes the basic, rock turn, and promenade which are three essential steps in the American FoxTrot! We show the leader’s part, the follower’s part, and then dance it together with some extra tips thrown in. Enjoy!

I’d seen your Ol swing ones, Can you do one in East Coast Swings Please basic , open and letting her go and under arm turns! You’d should also how to turn left or right with promenade😀
