The quinoa and carrot balls I’ll try, also the strawberry salad. The cream cheese rolls with spinach, I need the book !
Please add info such as hard to get organic strawberries and they are said to be pesticide bombs. More raw meals and snacks so not to lose the enzymes.
I need a cook. These recipes sound delicious but I don’t like standing and assembling the ingredients.😂
Actually, I only dislike hummus. All of the others listed are included in my meals.😊
I live on fresh fruits, greens and grains. I make stir fry veggie dishes cooked with extra virgin olive oil. No caffeine, no meat (except salmon & tuna) and NO FAST FOOD!
I have more energy now. Sleep better. Concentration is better too.
