You can still listen to music . Get a Thokwok blue tooth headset it goes in your helmet from Amazon. Me and my tow buddy's have this it works great. We can talk to each other going down the road and answer the phone too. Btw I ordered this exhaust can't wait to install it.

Nice pipe and it goes inside of the pipe where you connect the two springs.

Looks clean in black! Those baffles usually go in the front pipe of the exhaust before you install it on the Ryker. Cool vid! 💯🐭

That part is a spark arrestor, because your muffler is a glass pack. At least that is my best guess. At higher rpm it would have the potential to spit flame

It may very well be man, exhaust didn’t come with any details or instructions and I didn’t see much on the site about it.
Correct it’s a Catalytic Converter..! It will not change the sound... For emissions only.
That's a baffle. No catalyst in it. It reduces exhaust note.
bottomline2000 wrong....! It’s a mesh insert for emissions...! Cat converter..! Will not change the sound at all.......!

@@primeyonah I founf it on the website I called I just got comfused beacuse it shows the chromed one that I don't want, but once you select it you can change the color to black. Thank you so much for your response. I'm picking up my riker this tuesday

how is it with a full face helmet? do the noise get trapped inside of your helmet at all?
So I’m not sure what you mean by “trapped inside” but around the city and on the highway you can hear it loud and clear. The sound is great and very satisfying even in a full face helmet. However at highway speeds for prolonged time combined with Wind noise, I recommend hearing protection.

So this is a 600? Thought it said it was 900. I listened to a 900 earlier n sounded different than this video... That would explain difference
do you like silber turbos exhaust? is it too load for your ears?
I don’t mind how loud it is however I do recommend some hearing protection for the long rides. I rode once 3 hours over 70mph without it and my hearing was noticeably affected and got light headaches for the rest of the day.
@@primeyonah thanks for this information because i dont want any exhaust this loud if i have to wear earplugs “please be careful because you can go deaf, dangerous”! was you able to install the silencer on your exhaust, yet? if so, was there any different?

@Marty T yes, the baffle that came with my silberturbo wouldn't fit so I order a 2 inch baffle from Amazon. I installed it in the front of the exhaust pipe that connects to heads. Sounds great now.

Rules for recording exhaust system. #1 DO NOT, record while inside an enclosed area. #2 DO NOT place recording device anywhere near the exhaust tip. DO, have someone record you while you go by on the street. Summing it up record like you would normally hear (with your ears) in a real setting. Don't feel bad though you are like the 1001th person to do the exact same thing. Perhaps make another recording following the 3 rules so we can get a better idea what it sounds like. BTW-the helicopter reference was funny!:)
Do I need to use gasket?
I reused my Gasket just because it made sense at the time and it fit. The exhaust didn’t come with any instructions so I played it safe.

I got it to work and I didn’t even use a spring puller tool. Had to roll with a shoe lace tied to a screw driver. I know that doesn’t help you but you should be able to get it on. Make sure if you have the bolt already in its not tightened down just threaded down enough to support the exhaust while you finish the other end.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM SILBERTURBO. They do NOT back their products. I received a twin exhaust for my Ryker. The unit came scratched up and had black residue in it as if it was used. When I tried to get a refund, all I heard were crickets. Also, the unit doesn't come with a spring puller nor does the nut come welded to the unit. Save your money, buy something OTHER than SIlberTurbo. Those guys SUCK!
