Actually I've noticed the opposite. These channels, to me, seem to have a tendency to vilify the female antagonists with no sign of redemption in sight. They either acknowledge their wrongs and leave Keiichi alone, try to get back together with their now successful ex, or literally just disappear.
Yuka was a selfish gold digger anyway. She got what she had coming. Kazuo improved at least so that’s a positive. Both guys are better off without her. Keichi also got a W in Yui who understands him better than Yuka who holds the L here. When she said “Go on then live a miserable life!” I knew it was over for her.
I think Kazuo's biggest hurdle was the dead weight he was dragging. When he got rid of her, he could focus on himself and his company.
Honestly, I would love to see a follow-up story where he, along with Keiichi's help, builds up his father's company to a big name and finds a wonderful wife.
Damn after her talking bad about people’s titles she’s the one who ended up miserable. She had some nerve trying to get back with keiichi even though her attitude hasn’t changed. That's the problem with people like Yuka. To put it in the simplest terms I can think of as a partner she is a 2/10 if she is lucky. I'm not talking about looks or intimacy performance either. (I like to clarify that those two things are irrelevant in this case.) You need to be a much better person to earn higher status people who are worth the time. Kazuo at least learned to improve himself. But Yuka will never change. If she does. It will be too late. (If it isn't already.)

even though the thumbnail art looks new in terms of the detail being refined like this episode from 3 weeks ago called mid-career hire steals my gf! then i decided to get revenge with a beautiful ceo… but the art style and character design was used since 13 days from this episode called 2nd generation ceo fires me so i switched jobs to his rival company! but later on… for some odd reason, this story feels a bit like this episode from ayasaki-san's episode from 11 months back called I got fired, so my childhood friend bought me for $10,000... with yuka's mindset being so similar to kuroko like having looks and mostly money is more important over anything else. i wasn't even surprised by how the outcome turned out when she didn't even change years later when kazuo took her from keiichi and lied to her about being the executive of his dad's company (technically demoted to section manager so wasn't much of a lie). no idea what to feel since kazuo didn't even apologize to keiichi for what he did and although he DOES make an effort to actually work for his keep (although rare) while yuka doesn't do shit as any other "wife" would do for their husbands. the way she said she wanted to be supported by a man made my blood boil like it wasn't bad enough that she had that kind of mentality. so glad he didn't get with her. she sucks! i dunno why but some of the real life backgrounds like the factory and or the outside buildings reminded me of elroy goes bugzerk and elroy hits the pavement when i see the monochrome imagery. so much nostalgia from that. serves yuka right for not being supportive. seeing so much shocking eye expressions on those 2 (yuka and kazuo) and with airbrush shadows on their faces really gives out such a look where it was like horror. and even the backgrounds effects gives off some horror vibes on certain situations.

6 month after Kazuho divorced his Wife he's still took all of MCs teaching into account and is steadily making his dads Business a successful one once again, but when he gets a promotion to being an Executive once again he says he wants to hold it off for awhile thinking he needs to earn it throu more hard work like his admirer MC the one who humbled him and showed him the truth behind his wrong doings saying until he thinks he's earned it, 2 month after that he decided to go out with his crew mates to a local pub where he meet the owners daughter working their part time while she studied to become and agricultural business woman, he instantly fell in love but thought she wouldn't like him if she knew the truth but after a few weeks of meeting eachother at the pub, he then decided to tell her wat happend from the stealing of MCs GF and making her his wife to wen he lost it all and her, right wen he was bracing himself to get yelled at and his heart broken she holds his hand thanking him for being honest and wanting to take things slow b4 he confesses to her... she said that, but still refused him....for now...she said until 'she' see improvements in his hard work and other actions shes keeping him in the friend zone, and gives him a dead line, in the 2 years she has left of school here B4 she leaves for more studies abroad he has to show her his sincerity and hard work b4 he asks her out,...and so he did but she still had to leave none the less in the end... with him still thinking he didn't earn her heart but promises he'll keep his word until she returns, she looks at him with hopeful tears in her eyes saying bye for now, boarding her plane, they still kept in touch, and 4 years after that she returned and he finally asks her out....2 and a half years later MC and his new Fiance are attending a wedding they never thought the go to with MC being the best man... and the Business dad offering him the position as a wedding gift with even his brand new loving wife saying he's more than earned it as well as her love for him, with MC his Fiance and her dad and everyone there in attendance in agreement Kazuho bursts into tears thanking everyone and especially MC who made him into the new man he is...
Ex found out and overheard everything saying that shes still his wife and almost tore it all apart but MCs new Fiance tackled her and reported her to the police now in more debt...all and all the wedding was still on the after party was fun and this was a night they'll never forget.

I really like the idea of such acts like that. But this is the first time I've seen a male Antagonist have a change of heart and the female not see the error of her ways and still try latching onto rich men. Couldn't we see the opposite of that more than both or that kind thing please? I've seen enough of female characters caught in the middle of two antagonist parties and suffering for that or worse, form other Manga CZcamsrs of course
