thank you so much Kait, if one more person tells me to "relax" before law school starts im gonna scream into the void. refreshing perspective.

Hi Kait! I love this video!! It's going to be on a constant rotation until I get through my first semester. Aug is coming so fast and I'm getting anxiousđŹ. Anyway, thanks so much and I hope you have a great weekđ€
Don't be (too) nervous!! I'm glad I can help đ
@@legallykait thanks!!!!!
Thanks for posting this video very insightful.
I followed you on ig and sent you a message.. Regarding UK college of law
love this so much!! Iâm a non-traditional applicant so Iâm so nervous to apply đ but Iâm really focusing on the LSAT and my personal statement. Because my overall GPA in undergrad was unfortunately a 3.1
forgot to mention this in the video but if you can get some really good letters of recommendation that will boost your application as well!! you got this
A 3.1 from years ago should be increased to at least 3.5 due to the ridiculous grade inflation these days. Now, many teachers are afraid of giving the grades they should be giving due to their student-teacher evals lol
Thank you for your honesty and insight! Just took my LSAT in April and got the same score you did, and a similar undergrad GPA as you! Love to see itâs still possible to get into great schools with slightly average stats. Do you regret not taking the LSAT again in hopes of improving your score and chances of scholarship money?
Honestly, I don't regret not taking it twice! The stress and cost of the LSAT were enough to deter me from taking it again lol. I also forgot to mention this in the video but having stellar letters of recommendation can really make your application shine if you have average stats!!
We need a hair tutorial. That volume đ
thank u đ„č I have a love hate relationship with it haha
The lsat is definitely weighed higher than gpa
If you get enough scholarships to basically cover tuition, do you still take out loans for the cost of living while not working?
So I think if you get enough scholarships to cover cost of attendance (this includes cost of living AND tuition) you would get the funds that are in excess of tuition back as a ârefundâ and that would cover your living expenses. If you only have enough scholarship money to cover tuition alone (and you donât have anyone supporting you) youâd likely have to take out loans to cover your living expenses. I hope this helps!
@@legallykait Yes that helped! Thank you!
Is lsat important to get into a law school?
Especially in Australian unies
I honestly have no idea about Australian universities but in the US the LSAT is extremely important!
