I gotta comment with a big thank you. This is such a good tutorial.I can’t believe how good I’m playing this thanks to you!
Excellent teaching. Learning rhythm on a 25 year old Jackson. Thanks for video.
I feel there is so much Jimi Hendrix in the opening riff. Actually, that's what brought me here in the first place - practicing some Hendrix, and then this riff popped up in my head. I had to go through the AC/DC discography to find the song, because I couldn't remember which one it was. Anyways, here I'm and back to practice! Awesome video!
I thought it was so much more complex...awesome! Love this song! Tell your friends who play guitar and love AC/DC!
Thank you! I've always wanted to learn this song! Appreciate your service and expertise Mr. John
Fantastic lesson as always , you reach it in a way that's so easy to follow

Ottima lezione. Sto lentamente imparando.😅. Grande jon.
Thanks! 🤘🇦🇺
Hi Jon, Love these lessons! Any chance you can do a series on Highway to Hell?
Great Lesson, Love it, Love the tone of your gibson, can you tell us what's the recipe for that tone :) #1 song :I Stole your Love from Kiss THANKS
Great detail, could you do a demo on riff raff??
Hey Jon, great tutorial. Love the tone too! BTW, if you dont mind, what guitar are you playing there? Looks really vintage.
Do u have any videos about dialing in your les paul 50's standard burstbuckers 1 & 2 pickup sounds?
hello, great job, i have a request for you, can you teach cover you in oil, please.
This is a bit off actually (See Angus video live below). Angus doesn't do the pull-off after sliding down from G-string 9th fret to 7th.... but instead just plays the D string 7th fret immediately after sliding down on the G-string; rather than pulling off G string all the way down to the 5th fret. It's easier when played correctly as it's the same kind of bluesy bounce rhythm rather than cramming in both. If you watch Angus at .25x playback speed in CZcams, you see the differences: czcams.com/video/fyJViLfHfiw/video.htmlsi=MwhWhJt79e1I0mpH&t=22
Black N Blue Kiss of death
BTW I turn my phone upside down just enough to view it similar to the instructor.
Y'all try it!
Your hat through me off . I hated it as soon as I saw it. I stand in awe of your teaching skills & want to say you are great & I now like that hat & thank you for a great lesson!
good lesson...where's the solo bro???
hang on what kind of riff is it?
Did you skip You Shook Me All Night Long or did I miss the email on that one?

@@jonmaclennan Thanks!!!! Somehow that email didn't come through for me. Thank you for this project. I hope you have some other whole album projects in the works!
If you showed tabs it would be 100% easier for the viewer
The video lesson is *free*. And you're asking for more so that it's easier for you?
Don't be such an ungrateful dick. If you want tabs, go buy them.
Off brand Marty lol
😁
you have been talking nonsense for a very long time
Why do you show your teeth so much when you speak?😂
Your fretboard guide is useless if you don't know what notes you are playing. By intermediate status every player should know you can play any note using the E, A, and D shapes anywhere on the fretboard. However, if you don't know what note you are playing then it isn't much help. You absolutely must know every note on the fretboard regardless of the genre you are playing. The most useful playing tutorials will teach you how to memorize the fretboard.
@martymusic
That’s what I was thinking. Thought it was him at first
