    Why's it so heavy? Seems like its just filled with sand or something 🤔 Kevlar i think the fabric may be. Why don't cops get level 4 carrier plates? 🤨 U guys are LITERALLY out there with ppl with pistols??
    Another question, why aren't your SIDES ever protected? Could easily get injured with something sharp or some guy comes at u from the side with a round? Need something in the back as well. To protect you.
    There's a new round that's out. Goes over 3,100 FPS will literally destroy. And citizens can buy the rounds. More poweful than a 308 😬
    My last suggestion, maybe someone can take my idea and turn themselves into a billionaire.. with the technology we have today, why don't they take s torso casting of the officer, and model a full torso protection? Could pretty much use medium layer of cast iron to fill in and give alot of protection. Theres even shock absorbers to help the officer not get bruised or broken ribs.
    Can literally use plaster of paris and get the officers torso mold and get to work to make it. Or use size charts S / M / Lg / XL etc. surely by now someone would have thought of full body protection to help guard ur sides. Maybe some stretch kevlar to protect ur neck. I ask, bc I've seen fabric that knives won't work on no matter how sharp it is. Idk if it's lightly ceramic coated or what.
    Was just a couple ideas I'd toss out. Not sure if some engineers or fabric specialists could do anything with it. Thanks for showing us ur video 🤘🔥

    • @copgun
      @copgun  Před 4 měsíci

      Wow, you bring up so many good points. You are protected from the side. The vest overlaps internally. Some cops get shot in the arm pit area which usually proves fatal. The new vests are getting very light and thin. Ammo keeps advancing and getting faster and faster with +p+. The vest will NOT stop anything rifle speed. A cast is a good idea as well. Ceramic is also a great bullet stopper but weighs a bit. I remember working without a vest for many years. But today it's mandatory and a good idea. They also don't protect against a knife. Great comment bro. Thank you

      Great question, as I just did this. I take the plates out of the vest. I leave any soft molly gear on the vest. I then wash it on the normal cycle. As a result, I carry a compact stop the bleed kit I assembled with 2 chest seals, 1 SWAT-T (versatile, could be used on a child in a pinch) and compression gauze.
