There is absolutely no way that the victim was not targeted. That train car was virtually empty. There were plenty of empty seats. Why would someone have to sit right next to another patron. It's hard to imagine that this was an altercation with a random patron. Conversely, if that altercation was just random, that's just further evidence of the rapid descent into hell that this city, and country, are experiencing. I'm not hardly playing either!!!!
